Savendex is a coupon and deals website. This Ethics Policy sets out the principles we follow when choosing merchants, publishing offers, earning commissions, and handling visitor information. It works together with our Editorial Policy and Affiliate Disclosure.

1. Honesty and Accuracy

  • We do not publish fake coupon codes or invent discounts.
  • We do not describe an offer in a way we know to be misleading.
  • We work to keep offers current and remove expired ones, but merchants can change or end promotions at any time. We encourage you to check the offer terms on the merchant’s website before you buy.
  • When we find a mistake, we correct it.

2. Transparency About Money

  • Savendex earns commissions when visitors use our links and make qualifying purchases. We say so clearly on our site.
  • Commissions may influence which merchants and offers we feature and how they are ordered. We do not hide this.
  • We do not change merchant prices, and our links do not add any cost to your purchase.
  • If we publish sponsored or paid content, we label it clearly.

3. Fair Treatment of Merchants

  • We list merchants based on relevance, an established online presence, and whether they offer promotions worth sharing.
  • We use merchant names, logos, and offers only to identify merchants and their promotions, and we follow the rules of the affiliate programs we join.
  • A merchant cannot pay us to make us say that a coupon works when it does not.
  • Listing a merchant is not an endorsement of its products or services.

4. Respect for Visitors

  • We collect only the information we need to run the site, and we explain what we collect in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
  • We do not use deceptive design, such as fake countdown timers or false claims about limited availability, to pressure you into clicking.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may use tools, including AI-assisted tools, to help with research and drafting. We take responsibility for what we publish, and content is reviewed by our team before it goes live.

6. Respect for Intellectual Property

Because we earn commissions, we have a financial interest in the offers we list. We manage this by being open about it, by not publishing fake or invented offers, and by correcting errors when they are reported.
